Each Kays Aroma creation is lovingly handcrafted — from the pour of wax to the final ribbon. We take pride in offering you pieces made with intention and care. But if something isn’t quite right, we’ll always make it right.
✉️ If Your Item Arrives Faulty or Damaged
Please send us an email at hello@kaysaroma.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order, along with a photo of the issue.
We’ll happily offer a replacement or refund — whichever feels right for you. Refunds apply to the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

As all our fragrances are handcrafted with care, we’re unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or scent preferences. We recommend checking our scent descriptions before ordering.
